Do you ever feel stuck in emotional overwhelm, weighed down by past experiences, disconnected from yourself, and caught in cycles of anxiety or self-doubt?
Life might look fine on the outside, but inside you feel constantly on edge, low, or uncertain. You may find yourself overthinking conversations, second-guessing decisions, struggling to switch off at night, or relying on coping strategies like food, substances, or scrolling just to get through the day. You might also notice patterns like people-pleasing, a harsh inner critic, or feeling disconnected from who you are.
With many years of experience in high-trauma environments and crisis management, I’ve supported individuals who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel internally exhausted, helping them slow down, make sense of what they’ve been carrying, and reconnect with themselves in a more grounded way. My work often focuses on anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions, especially when these patterns begin to overlap.
In our sessions, we’ll work together to understand the patterns that keep showing up, whether that’s anxiety, over-responsibility, or self-doubt, and begin to shift them with greater awareness and choice. My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative, offering space to breathe, untangle what feels overwhelming, and notice what’s happening beneath the surface.
I’m an integrative therapist drawing from solution-focused, mindfulness, narrative, and creative arts therapies, blending what fits you rather than fitting you into a method. Whether you open up through conversation, creativity, or quiet reflection, we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
My background in spiritual care and the Gender-Based Violence sector shapes how I work, with presence, respect, and attunement to both your story and your nervous system.
Therapy with me offers a space to understand yourself more clearly, feel more regulated day to day, and respond to life with greater steadiness. This can be especially helpful if you’re navigating anxiety, disconnection, or a period of change and trying to find your footing again. If you’re looking to feel less overwhelmed and more like yourself again, we can start there.

Favourite quote:
“It was when I stopped searching for home within others and lifted the foundations of home within myself that I found there were no roots more intimate than those between a mind and body that have decided to be whole.” – Rupi Kaur
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll often find me on a forest trail with my dog, practicing yoga, or experimenting in the kitchen. Creativity, movement, and time in nature help me stay grounded and continue to shape how I show up in my work.
